Owner understand and agrees that during normal dog play, Owner’s dog may sustain injuries. All dog play is monitored by Daycare to avoid injury, but scratches, punctures, torn ligaments, and other injuries may occur despite the best supervision.

All dogs must pass a general behavior assessment in order to attend Daycare. No dog may be admitted that shows any signs of any type of aggression. Owner understands that daycare is intended for dogs that are well socialized with other dogs and enjoy off-leash group play. Daycare is NOT a means to socialize dogs or build communication skills and confidence, in dogs that do not enjoy playing with other dogs. Owner further understands and agrees that in admitting Owner’s dog(s) to Daycare, Owner is representing to Daycare that Owner’s dog(s) is/are in good health and have not harmed, shown aggression, or exhibited any threatening behavior towards any person or other dog. Any dog demonstrating aggression or other behavior deemed unacceptable by Daycare, staff may be required to leave Daycare.

Owner further understands and agrees that neither Daycare nor any of its employees, staff or volunteers, will be liable for any illness, injury, death, and/or escape of Owner’s dog(s) provided that reasonable care and precautions are followed, and Owner hereby releases all of them of any liability of any kind whatsoever arising from or as a result of Owner’s dog(s) attending or participation in Daycare.

Owner further understands and agrees that any behavioral or physical health problems that develop with the Owner’s dog(s) while at Daycare will be handled and treated as deemed best by the employees, staff of Daycare, in their sole discretion, and Owner expressly agrees to assume full financial responsibility for any and all expenses arising or relating thereto. This includes aggressive or destructive behavior.

Owner further understands and agrees that the Owner’s dog(s) are healthy and will at all times while attending Daycare have current vaccinations. Owner is not enrolling any dog in Daycare that has any conditions that could potentially jeopardize the health of other dogs or people and has not had any potentially communicable condition within 30 days prior to enrollment. Owner further understands that even if Owner’s dog(s) are vaccinated for Bordatella (Canine Cough) or Canine Influenza, there is a chance that the Owner’s dog(s) can still contract Canine Cough or Influenza. Owner understands that Owner’s dog(s) may be exposed to intestinal parasites while at Daycare. Daycare employees will clean up feeces immediately, but recommends Owner test their dog(s) stool every 6 months. Owner further understands that there is a chance that the Owner’s dog(s) may be exposed to puppy warts. I agree that I will NOT hold Daycare responsible if Owner’s dog(s) contracts Canine Cough, Canine Influenza, intestinal parasites or puppy warts.

Owner further understands and agrees that Owner’s dog(s) is required to be spayed/neutered (after 6 months) to enroll at Daycare. Owner understands that all dogs must be under 80 lbs to attend daycare at any age or time.

Owner further understands and agrees that Daycare reserves the right to use a bark control device, gentle leader, or program if Owner’s dog(s) creates a disturbance in the group.

Owner further understands and agrees that Owner’s dog(s) will have access to an fenced (8’ high) outside area. Owner agrees to assume full liability if Owner’s dog(s) escapes.

Owner further understands and agrees that Owner’s dog(s) nails must be kept short while at Daycare. This will keep scratches due to long nails to a minimum. Owner gives Daycare staff permission to clip Owner’s dog(s) nails without notice if they deem it necessary. The cost is as posted and will be added to Owner’s bill due at time of pick up.

Owner further understands and agrees that hours to drop off for daycare are as posted from 7:00am to 9:00am. Owner understands that if Owner’s dog(s) are not dropped off by 9am, their dog(s) will not be admitted into group daycare but will have the option of day boarding in the Resort. If Owner’s dog(s) is/are not picked up by the end of the Daycare regular business day, hours posted as 4:00pm to 6:00pm, the Owner hereby expressly authorizes Daycare to take Owner’s dog(s) into the Resort and board them overnight at the posted boarding rates. There is a fee of $1.00 per minute for picking up after closing at 6:00pm.

Owner understands and agrees that Owner’s dog(s) will be placed in crates during nap times or back into the Resort if boarding and joining in daycare for the day.

Owner understands that pre-paid packages are nonrefundable and expire 6 months from the date of purchase. Fees are due and payable at the end of each day. Payment may be made by cash, check or credit card. Discounted packages are provided only if they are paid for in advance. Owner further understands that due to the small size of the Daycare, reservations are required as we have certain days for large dogs and small dogs and can not guarantee available space as a walk in. Owner further understands that Owner is required to cancel any daycare reservations within 24 hours of time of drop off or Owner will incur a charge for the day of daycare unless that space can be filled.

Owner understands and agrees that Owner’s dog(s) is required to attend dog daycare at Milton Manor Pet Spa & Resort at least 1 time per week. If adding daycare to a boarding stay, Owner’s dog(s) must pass the same evaluation as all other dogs. Fees will be via purchased daycare package, all-inclusive package or individual standard rate.

Daycare reserves the right to refuse admittance to any dog that does not meet the health, temperament or other Daycare standards. The determination shall be made at the sole discretion of Daycare.

Owner further understands and expressly agrees that each and every of the foregoing provisions contained in Paragraphs 1-15 above shall be in force and effect and shall apply to each and every occasion on which Owner deposits Owner’s dog(s) with Daycare for daycare or training, as the case may be. This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect as between the parties until and unless otherwise cancelled or superseded by a writing signed by the parties.

Owner hereby certifies that Owner has read and understands this Waiver and Release of Liability and the regulations set forth above. By signing this agreement, Owner agrees to be bound by its terms and conditions.
